Use your hands (a wonderful way to transfer your loving energy into any dish!) to toss bite-size broccoli florets in a bowl with coconut oil, sea salt, smoked paprika, garlic and nutritional yeast. Pop ‘em in the air fryer for a few minutes until they’re slightly crunchy and they’re ready to serve!

Ingredients
- 12 oz. fresh broccoli florets approximately 4 cups
- 2 Tbsp. melted coconut oil or avocado oil
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1-2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. roasted garlic powder
Instructions

In bowl, combine oil, spices and salt. Toss in florets to fully coat (feel free to use your hands!).

Add one tablespoon water to the bottom of the air fryer (this prevents florets from burning). Transfer florets to air fryer tray and cook for 7 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Sprinkle on a little more nutritional yeast if desired and serve.
