Air Fryer Smoked Broccoli Florets

Paula D'Elia

by

A great side dish or savory appetizer, these delightfully smoky florets are a flavorful addition to mealtime. Use your hands (a wonderful way to transfer your loving energy into any dish!) to toss bite-size broccoli florets in a bowl with coconut oil, sea salt, smoked paprika, garlic and nutritional yeast. Pop ‘em in the air fryer for a few minutes until they’re slightly crunchy and they’re ready to serve!

Instructions

  1. In bowl, combine oil, spices and salt. Toss in florets to fully coat (feel free to use your hands!).
  2. Add one tablespoon water to the bottom of the air fryer (this prevents florets from burning). Transfer florets to air fryer tray and cook for 7 minutes at 350 degrees F.
  3. Sprinkle on a little more nutritional yeast if desired and serve.

Recipe Notes

  • Feel free to use regular garlic powder if you don’t have the roasted variety on hand.
