Ambrosia Salad

by | Updated: November 17th, 2020

A classic Southern recipe gets a better-for-you twist in this clever version of ambrosia salad. Skipping the marshmallows, colorful oranges, grapes and coconut flakes soak in orange juice where they become the sweetest, juiciest versions of themselves. Once you add the pecans, this dish explodes with crunchy, citrusy goodness in every bite.
