Fish newbies, or anyone who aims to eat more fish but doesn’t prefer a strong taste, haddock is a good pick. Mild flavored with a tender texture and more delicate flake than other types of white fish, haddock is best known battered and deep fried in British fish and chips. Here, it’s baked, not fried, for a healthier dish with a spicy kick from Moroccan green pepper sauce.
