Banana-Mango Shake
Serves 1
Ingredients
1/3 cup frozen mango
¼ frozen banana
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup coconut cream (skimmed from the top layer of canned coconut milk)
1-2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in blender; blend to a shake-like consistency.
2. Drink as blended, or pour into ice-pop molds and freeze for a frozen treat!
