What’s your very, very favorite berry? Blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, boysenberry? Whatever tickles your taste buds and makes your mouth water, choose your berry and bliss out on these delectable and healthy treats. Pulse together oats, peanut butter, chia seeds, berries and coconut, roll into bite-sized balls and pop them in the fridge. Made in mere minutes, the bliss lasts for days.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In food processor, pulse oats, peanut butter and chia seeds.
  2. Add berries, maple syrup and coconut flakes. Pulse to combine.
  3. Using spoon, scoop out 1 tablespoon mixture. Using hands, roll into ball. Repeat until all mixture is used.
  4. Finish by rolling each ball in coconut flakes.
  5. Store in refrigerator.
