Ingredients
- 1 cup Simple Truth 100% Whole Grain Rolled Oats
- ½ cup Simple Truth Organic Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Simple Truth Organic Black Chia Seeds
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries of choice
- ¼ cup Simple Truth Organic Maple Syrup
- ¼ cup Simple Truth Unsweetened Coconut Flakes finely shredded
- ½ cup coconut flakes for topping
Instructions

In food processor, pulse oats, peanut butter and chia seeds.

Add berries, maple syrup and coconut flakes. Pulse to combine.

Using spoon, scoop out 1 tablespoon mixture. Using hands, roll into ball. Repeat until all mixture is used.

Finish by rolling each ball in coconut flakes.
