On the go with no time to stop and eat? You could drink your lunch, but are you getting enough nutrients to satisfy your needs? You certainly will with this smoothie! Hemp powder is blended together with almond milk and pumpkin seed butter for a silky-smooth shake with serious protein power. Add plump, sweet blueberries and a handful of leafy spinach, and you have a well-rounded, all-in one meal for breakfast, lunch or anytime you need a pick me up.

Blueberry-Hemp Smoothie


3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop hemp protein powder
1-2 Tbsp. unsweetened cacao powder
1-2 Tbsp. almond butter or pumpkin seed butter  
1/2 cup frozen spinach
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
Cinnamon, to taste
Optional: ice


Combine all ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
