Enter Cauliflower Popcorn. Flavored coconut oil and nutritional yeast give these vegetable florets an authentic, I-can’t-believe-it’s-not-butter taste that will make your taste buds rejoice.
Cauliflower Popcorn

Ingredients
3 Tbsp. Nutiva Buttery Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp. Nutiva Hemp Seeds
¼ cup nutritional yeast flakes
¾ tsp. Redmond Real Salt
1 head cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized pieces
Directions
- Preheat oven 375 degrees F.
- In large bowl, mix oil, hemp seeds, nutritional yeast and salt until combined.
- Add cauliflower to bowl and toss until pieces are well coated.
- On baking sheet, spread out cauliflower and bake for 20 minutes until golden.

- Short on time? Skip the baking and enjoy this recipe raw for a quick-and-easy alternative!
- Nutiva Red Palm Oil, your go-to coconut oil, olive oil or sesame oil can be used in place of the buttery coconut oil.
- Add 1-2 Tbsp. sesame seeds for extra flavor.
