Ingredients
- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts halved
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Place Brussels sprouts in 2-quart baking dish. Add olive oil, salt and pepper and toss to coat.

Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until Brussels sprouts are tender and starting to darken on edges. Sprinkle with Parmesan, toss to coat and return to oven for another 5 to 10 minutes, until cheese is crisp and browned.
