Homemade cranberry sauce with chia seeds in ramekin |

1/4 cup Nutiva Chia Seeds
1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
2 cups cranberries

1 cup water
Fresh rosemary

  1. In a medium pot, combine chia seeds, maple syrup, cranberries and water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent the seeds from burning. The sauce is done when the mixture is thick and has reduced almost by half.
  2. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool before serving.
  3. Top with fresh rosemary.
