  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; set aside.
  2. In skillet over medium heat, add splash of avocado oil. Cook onion 2 minutes. Mix in garlic; continue cooking 1 minute. Mix in mushrooms, salt and pepper; continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes. Remove onions and mushrooms; set aside.
  3. In skillet, add splash of avocado oil. Cook chicken sausage until browned. Mix in spinach, onions and mushrooms.
  4. Stir in pasta, butter, red pepper flakes and lemon juice. Turn off heat; mix well 2 to 3 minutes.
