  1. Preheat oven at 325 degrees F and coat a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, mix together coconut oil, sugar, ghee and egg.
  3. Stir in oat flour and cocoa powder, then stir in chopped chocolate.

  4. With hands, form dough into 12 balls and arrange on cookie sheet.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve topped with fresh orange zest.
