Perfect for both breakfast and dessert (or dare we say dinner!?) this heavenly bowl of peanut butter bliss, which takes minutes to make, will keep your sweet tooth satisfied and tummy satiated for hours.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Swirl Nice Cream with Raw-nola
Ingredients
Raw-nola
- 4-6 medjool dates
- 1 Tbsp. cacao nibs
- 1 Tbsp. old fashioned rolled oats
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. maca powder, or to taste (optional)
Banana layer
- 2-1/2 frozen ripe bananas
- ½ medjool date
- Dash cinnamon
Chocolate peanut butter layer
- 2-1/2 frozen ripe bananas
- 2 tsp. pure all-natural peanut butter
- 2 tsp. cacao nibs or cacao powder
- ½ date
Instructions

In blender or food processer, combine all raw-nola ingredients. Blend or pulse until crumbly. Spoon into bowl and set aside. If using blender, rinse before next step.

In high-speed blender, combine banana layer ingredients. Blend until smooth, using tamper to push down sides of blender. Spoon into bowl and set aside.

In blender (no need to rinse!), add all chocolate peanut butter layer ingredients. Blend until smooth.

In bowl or mason jar, alternate layers of banana, raw-nola and chocolate peanut butter. Drizzle peanut butter on top (if desired) and sprinkle on remaining raw-nola. Serve immediately.
