All goods things in life are crunchy, chocolatey and a little bit nutty, including these no-bake chocolate peanut butter puffs. The texture pops, the flavor pops and their shape and size means they too-easily just pop in your mouth. That can only mean one thing: you’ll have to make more.

Let’s roll!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Puffs

Ingredients

1 cup organic corn puffs (or quinoa puffs if you’re gluten-free)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.

2. Shape into balls.

3. Make the topping: Combine 1/2 cup chocolate chips with 1/2 cup coconut oil. Heat in a microwave until melted. Stir mixture and drizzle over the puffs.

You could definitely add protein powder to these, too. Just remember to increase the peanut butter or honey until you can easily mold the mix.
