Ingredients

15 dates, pitted
2 scoops Designer Whey Chocolate 100% Whey Protein
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup smooth almond butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 Tbsp. almond milk

Directions

  1. In a food processor, add all ingredients and blend until combined. Dough should be crumbly but sticky enough to hold together. Note: if dough is too dry, add 1 teaspoon almond milk until dough is easier to manage.
  2. Using a small ice cream scoop or spoon and your hands, scoop out about 1 inch of dough and roll into balls.
  3. Roll balls into superfood toppers – try a mix of all of them! Place in fridge to chill, keeping for up to 1 week.
