Christmas Smoothie Bowl Recipe
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 kiwi peeled
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 scoop collagen
In blender, combine smoothie ingredients and process until thick and smooth.
Transfer smoothie mixture to bowl.
Sprinkle with toppings. (If desired, hold a Christmas tree cutter over smoothie bowl and sprinkle coconut flakes to make tree shape. Decorate tree with pomegranate arils.)
