Once the weather warms up, it’s time to get the grill going. Not sure what to make first? These skewers are a great way to hone your grilling skills because a flavorful chili-lime vinaigrette does most of the work. You’ll marinate chopped chicken for several hours and, before cooking, you’ll baste chunks of pepper, onion, tomato and pineapple with the same zesty dressing. Even amateur chefs can’t mess this one up. Try it today!
