Now you can have your coffee—and eat it, too! Just blend instant coffee, coconut milk and a bit of protein powder together and freeze to make these tasty frozen treats. Since these delicious, vegan ice pops are made with decaf coffee, you can enjoy them any time of the day! Make them a late-night snack or even an early-morning treat to jump-start your day.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. instant decaf coffee
1 can coconut cream
1/2 packet Vega Sport Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup crushed ice

Directions

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients.
  2. Transfer to popsicle molds or large ice cube trays. Stick a popsicle stick or toothpick in center.
  3. Freeze.
