Coconut-Lime Ice Pops

When you hear the unmistakable melody of the ice cream truck driving down your street, you might still get the urge to run out front – but before you grab your coin purse, try cooling off with something that won’t result in a sugar-rush (and subsequent crash). Coconut and lime join forces in these portable, hydrating and better-for-you treats. The bright citrus flavor is so sweet and refreshing, they don’t need any artificial sweeteners. Plus, you can even add a scoop of collagen powder for additional nourishment. When you let your taste buds lead the way, nothing is impopsicle.
