Ingredients
- 12 sweet baby bell peppers
- 1 lb. bay shrimp cooked
- 6 Tbsp. basil pesto or paleo pesto

- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- Pinch kosher salt
- Pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- Chopped basil optional

Instructions

Cut tops off peppers, leaving stems intact. Gently hollow out insides. Rinse; set aside.
