Cranberry, Orange & Pecan Wild Rice
In medium pot over high heat, bring water and salt to boil. Add rice and pepper; cover. Simmer 35-40 minutes, until done.
Toss with dried cranberries, oranges, pecans and orange juice. Serve warm.
