But it’s also loaded with superfoods and good-for-you add-ins, like hemp, chia and cauliflower. They give this beverage the nutritional bulk it needs to be a super healthy breakfast.
Ingredients
2 cups frozen cauliflower
1-2 large frozen bananas
2 Tbsp. Vitacost Hemp Seeds
2 Tbsp. Vitacost Chia Seeds
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2-1/2 cups orange juice
3/4 cups almond milk
Ice
Directions
- In high speed blender, process until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and garnish with slice of orange.
