But if you’re constantly on the go, as most of us are, you’ll need something nutrient packed, to go. This green smoothie gets you out the door quickly and keeps you energized, so you can tackle the treadmill, the boardroom or a minivan full of energetic kiddos.
Green Superfood Smoothie Recipe

Daily Greens + Superfoods Smoothie

Serves 1


¾ cup almond milk
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 Tbsp. flax meal
1 Tbsp. green superfood powder
1 Tbsp. Manuka honey
1 handful kale
1 handful fresh cilantro
1 handful spinach
1 cucumber
1 banana
½ avocado


In a high-speed blender, add all ingredients and process until smooth.
