Spinach and artichoke dip, sure. Hummus, of course. Salsa – definitely! But chocolate? Until now, you’ve probably never thought to dip your chips in chocolate. Consider this: peanuts are coated in it, pretzels are dipped in the dark stuff and even sunflower seeds have been doused in a rich cocoa mixture. It just goes to show that the sweet-and-salty combo is simply irresistible. It’s also a sign that chips are the logical next step. Think it sounds over the top and out of your calorie budget? Not when you use cholesterol-free, non-GMO lentil chips.
