Dark Chocolate Dried Cherries

Like a match made in heaven, rich dark chocolate and tangy, tart dried cherries come together in this super-simple recipe for a snack or dessert that’s as delicious as it is good for you. With antioxidants and vitamin C, you can have a handful without guilt, or sprinkle them on ice cream for a special treat!

Chewy, sweet-tart dried cherries are dipped in melted dark chocolate for a decadent dessert or snack.

Makes 1 pound

Ingredients

1 lb. dried cherries
1 lb. dark chocolate, chopped

Directions

1. Microwave chocolate in a bowl until melted.

2. Dip cherries into the chocolate and coat evenly.

3. Transfer to wire racks set over paper towels to set.

4. Transfer coated cherries to the fridge for 45 minutes; serve.
