Soothe your skin and feed its microbiome with a DIY moisturizer. That’s right, even your skin is teeming with bacteria (the healthy kind!) hard at work maintaining pH balance, preventing infection, even fighting off acne and dry skin. This overnight cream is made with antioxidant-packed shea butter, which not only has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, it seals in moisture to keep skin hydrated. Add raw honey for more moisture, and open up one Codeage Probiotic & Prebiotic capsule to include in the mixture. The resulting overnight cream can be applied straight from the fridge, massaged into your skin and washed off in the morning.
