Escaping to the tub is, after all, a luxury that doesn’t come often. So why not make the most of those stolen moments with an aromatic, skin-soothing soak handmade with exquisite natural ingredients? Let the perfect combination of relaxing essential oils, rejuvenating salts and softening baking soda transport you to your quiet place (at least until some starts knocking because they want a snack!).

DIY Relaxing Lavender-Chamomile Mineral Bath


4 Tbsp. sea salt
2 Tbsp. baking soda
2 tsp. Epsom salts
22 drops Aura Cacia Tangerine Essential Oil
16 drops Aura Cacia Lavender Essential Oil
10 drops Aura Cacia Roman Chamomile Essential Oil
4 oz. amber glass wide-mouth jar


  1. In small bowl, combine sea salt, baking soda and Epsom salts. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Add essential oils to mixture and stir until well blended.
  3. Transfer mixture to jar.
  4. To use, dissolve up to 3 tablespoons of mixture into full bath.
