Peanut Butter & Strawberry Pupsicles

Servings 10

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free coconut yogurt
  • 1/3 cup strawberries chopped or pureed
  • 3 Tbsp. peanut butter natural
  • 3 Tbsp. unsalted peanuts crushed
  • Dog treats or carrots for the pupsicle “sticks”
  • Handful blueberries fresh or frozen

Instructions

  1. Place ice cube trays or molds onto cookie sheet for stability and transport.
  2. In small bowl, mix yogurt, peanut butter and strawberries thoroughly.
  3. Place a blueberry in each mold cavity, then sprinkle half of the crushed peanuts, distributing evenly.
  4. Spoon yogurt mixture into each cavity halfway. Tap the tray gently to distribute yogurt and reduce air bubbles.
  5. Sprinkle remaining crushed peanuts. Fill each cavity with yogurt and tap again.
  6. Once cavities are filled, insert dog treat or carrot stick into each.
  7. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until hard set.
