Post-workout food is the fun part. That’s when you can have all the bagels in the land. But cyclists, runners and triathletes know the importance of fueling before and during exercise, too. For endurance workouts, you need quick-digesting calories and key nutrients to keep your performance at peak level all the way through. Luckily, this citrus seaweed energy gel delivers all that and more.

Yes, seaweed. Dulse is a red algae that’s naturally packed with vitamins, minerals and omegas. It gets blended with iodine-rich kelp that supports thyroid and immune system health. Between the bright citrus, sweet dates and salty dulse powder, this homemade energy gel has you covered from start to finish and head to toe!
