Sometimes, a DIY pizza party is the perfect get-together. It’s simple, casual and fun for all ages. Plus, you get to create a custom pie. While a slew of toppings may be the obvious opportunity for a unique slice, the real pizazz starts in the dough. This homemade pizza features a mesquite superfood powder that lends a natural smokiness, which means you get a coal-fire-oven flavor without the burnt edges. What’s more perfect than that?

Directions
- In a small bowl or wide-mouthed jar, thoroughly mix warm water with yeast. Set aside 5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, add flour, mesquite powder and salt. Stir to combine.
- Create a well in the middle of the mixture and pour in olive oil and yeast mixture. Mix thoroughly until a smooth dough ball forms.

- Cut dough into 4 even pieces. Store in an air-tight container or plastic wrap, and refrigerate until you’re ready to make the pizza.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Place dough on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone, and add your favorite sauces and toppings.
- Bake 12-14 minutes, rotating occasionally to ensure even baking.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
