This kitchen sink chocolate bark is crunchy, salty and decadently rich thanks to dairy-free dark chocolate, pumpkin seeds, two different kinds of cookies and dried fruit. Simply cut it into heart-shaped pieces and do what you do with your real heart – give it away!
Ingredients
2 bags Enjoy Life Foods 100% Real Chocolate Morsels Dark
1/4 cup non-dairy butter spread
1-1/2 cups Enjoy Life Foods Soft Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies, chopped & divided
1-1/2 cups Enjoy Life Foods Sugar Crisp Crunchy Cookies, chopped & divided
1-1/2 cups Enjoy Life foods Mountain Mambo Seed & Fruit Mix, divided
Directions
1. Line a 9” x 11” baking sheet with aluminum foil.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, add chocolate chips and non-dairy butter spread. Microwave on high for 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval. Repeat until completely melted and smooth.
3. In a large bowl, add 1 cup seed & fruit mix, 1 cup soft baked cookies and 1 cup crunchy cookies.
4. Add melted chocolate to the bowl, making sure to evenly pour over the entire mix. Stir until well combined.
5. Scrape mixture onto prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining cookies and seed & fruit mix.
6. Refrigerate 20 minutes, or until bark is set.
7. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to create the perfect Valentine’s Day-themed treats.
8. Keep in fridge for up to one week.
