Rainbow-Sprinkled Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients
½ cup white chocolate peanut butter
¼ cup oat flour
¼ cup coconut flour
½ cup Plant Fusion Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
¼ cup unsweetened cashew milk
2 Tbsp. agave nectar
2 Tbsp. powdered stevia
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. butter extract
Pinch of salt
3 Tbsp. multi-colored sprinkles
Directions
- In a large bowl using a hand mixer, add all ingredients (except sprinkles) and mix until smooth and well combined.
- Once dough consistency forms, fold in sprinkles and stir to incorporate.
- Roll dough into balls, making about 16.
- Store in refrigerator until ready to eat.
