Fresh Dill Hummus

Homemade is always best, but when cooking from scratch isn’t possible, it’s OK to compromise! In this recipe, plain-flavored prepared hummus is jazzed up with chopped dill and smoked paprika””providing zesty, fresh flavor with very little effort. Make it for everyday snacking or a pleasing party appetizer, served alongside healthy veggies, crackers or tortilla chips.

Fresh Dill Hummus
Fresh herbs and spices are added to storebought hummus for a quick dip with homemade flavor.

Fresh Dill Hummus

Serves 4-6

Ingredients

2 (13.4 oz.) jars traditional hummus dip
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions

1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth.

2. Serve as dip with tortilla chips, crackers or fresh veggies.
