Fresh Fruit Dip

Clean eating is not just for weekdays. When weekends come around, you might be drawn to diet-breaking treats and sweets. Whether it’s a sugary cocktail at Friday’s happy hour, frosted French toast during Saturday brunch or a greasy pizza on football Sunday, temptations are all around, and so hard to resist. Your healthy diet needs a weekend respite that doesn’t destroy the hard work you’ve put in during the week. Coming together in only a few minutes, this fruit dip will keep your goals in check, while still satisfying your unrelenting sweet tooth.

Fresh Fruit Dip

Makes 2-¼ cups

Ingredients

2 cups coconut yogurt
2 Tbsp. coconut sugar or raw honey
½ tsp. vanilla
1 whole orange, peeled

Directions

  1. In a food processor or high-speed blender, blend together all ingredients.
  2. Pour into serving bowl and chill for 1 hour.
  3. Dip fresh fruit and enjoy!
