Ingredients

1 mango, chopped
1 green pepper, deseeded and chopped
1 red pepper, deseeded and chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh or dried  cilantro
2 Tbsp. mint
3 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. mango juice
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

1. In medium-sized bowl; combine mango, chopped vegetables and herbs.
