Donuts
5 scoops NLA Her Whey Blueberry Muffin Protein
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 eggs
Coconut oil
Frosting
1/2 scoop NLA Her Whey Blueberry Muffin Protein
1 Tbsp. almond milk (adjust as needed)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat doughnut pan with coconut oil. Note: you can also use this recipe to make muffins if you don’t have a doughnut pan.
- In a large bowl, stir all doughnut ingredients until well combined and batter is smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared doughnut (or paper-lined muffin) pan and bake about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While baking, prepare frosting in a small bowl. Stir together protein and almond milk, adjusting ratio to desired thickness.
- Once doughnuts are baked, drizzle frosting over top and serve.
