Dairy-free and dreamy, these little squares work magic at curing your craving for a sweet treat. Combine cashew or coconut yogurt with a bit of salt, stevia, coconut flakes and nut butter and pop in the freezer. Slice as much as you desire – a mouthful or more – and feel darn good about this better-for-you bite.
Dairy-Free Cashew-Coconut Frozen Yogurt Squares
In mixing bowl, combine yogurt, salt, stevia, coconut flakes and chocolate chips, if using.
Into glass brownie pan lightly sprayed with coconut oil, pour yogurt mixture.
Using spoon, drizzle nut butter over yogurt, making design of choice.
Place in freezer about 45 minutes.
Let sit briefly prior to slicing into squares. Return unused portion to freezer immediately. (Note: Squares will defrost quickly. Add to small ramekins, if desired, and eat with spoon.)
