This recipe is for people who love pizza. It’s for people who want to avoid takeout after they’ve had a long, busy day but still get a healthy dinner on the table quickly and easily. It’s for people who care about they put into their bodies, but don’t want to deprive themselves of food they occasionally crave. Coming together in under 15 minutes, this delicious, gluten-free and vegan pizza is for all of us. Dig in!

1 Ener-G Gluten-Free Pizza Shell
1 jar Victoria Vegan Alfredo Arugula Pesto
1 cup vegan mozzarella or cheddar cheese (like Daiya)
3/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 leek, sliced


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Top pizza shell with alfredo pesto sauce. Add half of cheese and top with mushrooms and leeks. Top with remaining cheese.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until your desired crispiness is reached.
  4. Garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
