If you’re bringing a platter to share, roll out these meatballs to get the party started! Assembled from just four ingredients – all of which are gluten free – and baked, not fried, they’re easy enough for anyone to make and will be enjoyed by all.
Gluten-Free Sausage-Cheddar Balls
Makes 20 balls
Ingredients
1-1/2 cups almond flour
1 lb. organic, free-range spicy Italian ground sausage
1/2 to 3/4 cup shredded 3-year aged cheddar cheese
1 egg
Olive oil cooking spray
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In large bowl, whisk egg, then add the rest of ingredients by hand until all ingredients are perfectly blended and wet/ dry ingredients stick together.
- Break apart mixture into 20 small balls.
- Spray baking sheet thoroughly with olive oil spray. Arrange balls on sheet.
- Bake balls for 25 minutes or until sausage is cooked all the way through.
