Summer is the perfect time to fire up the grill and explore new and exciting flavors. If you’re looking to impress your guests with a dish that’s both simple and sophisticated, grilled mushrooms with a balsamic glaze are the way to go. These savory mushrooms, kissed by the flame and drizzled with a tangy-sweet balsamic reduction, are the ultimate side dish or vegetarian main course.

Grilled Balsamic Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 6 cups mushrooms washed, dried and cut in half.

Glaze

Garnish

  • 1/3 cup curly parsley chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh dill chopped
  • 1/4 cup chives chopped

Instructions

  1. In large bowl mix together glaze ingredients.
  2. Add in mushrooms and coat well.
  3. Set aside and allow to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Transfer to grilling rack or air fryer at 400 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. Top with garnish and serve immediately.
