Grilled Balsamic Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 6 cups mushrooms washed, dried and cut in half.
Glaze
- 2-3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 3 tsp. SUMAC
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of salt
Garnish
- 1/3 cup curly parsley chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh dill chopped
- 1/4 cup chives chopped
Instructions

In large bowl mix together glaze ingredients.

Add in mushrooms and coat well.

Set aside and allow to marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Transfer to grilling rack or air fryer at 400 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
