Nothing brings out the taste of shrimp better than grilling them over an open flame. But to ensure this delicate seafood stays tender and juicy, you’ll need the right marinade. Ideally, your special sauce will include moisture-saving, flavor-enhancing multitaskers like the ones found in this recipe. There’s honey for a sweet gloss. There’s a unique seasoning blend for that surge of spice. There’s fresh lime juice for its acidity. And then there’s rum. Better keep a close eye on that flame, because tonight’s dinner is heating up!
