Ingredients
1/2 of pound gluten-free pizza dough
Gluten-free all purpose flour, for surface
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1-1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of finely, chopped, fresh basil leaves
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Prepare dough according to package directions. Tip: Use premade storebought gluten-free pizza dough to save time.
2. Cook for 5 minutes and then flip dough. Once flipped, add cheese and tomatoes. Cover the grill and cook for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
3. Remove from grill; garnish with basil, sea salt and pepper.
