Guacamole Hummus Dip

Just toss a can of organic chickpeas, a ripe avocado and a few other simple ingredients into your food processor for a smooth, creamy creation to scoop up and enjoy with dippable snacks.

Guacamole Hummus

Serves 8

Ingredients

1 can organic chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 cups fresh cilantro leaves
2 garlic cloves, chopped, or 1 tsp of organic chopped garlic  
1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/2 inch chunks
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

 

 

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor; pulse until smooth.

2. Serve with tortilla chips and crudités.
