Ingredients

1-1/2 cups rolled oats
½ cup skim milk
¼ cup stevia
2 Tbsp. unsweetened baking cocoa
¼ cup natural peanut butter
¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Shape into 12 cookies and place on waxed paper-lined plate.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
