These holiday protein latte shakes will give you the high-quality protein you need post-workout, or really anytime of the day, and your sweet tooth will still be satisfied.
Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Shake
1 scoop pumpkin spice protein powder
1/2 cup brewed coffee, chilled
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 frozen banana
2-3 ice cubes or crushed ice
Graham crackers (optional)
Directions
Blend all ingredients for 30-60 seconds. Top with crumbled graham crackers.
Supercharged Peppermint Mocha Latte Shake
1 scoop mocha mint protein powder
1 Tbsp. alkalized dark cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tsp. pure maple syrup
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
Pinch of sea salt
2-3 large ice cubes
Peppermint crème (optional)
Mini dark chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Blend all ingredients for 30-60 seconds. Top with peppermint crème and mini dark chocolate chips.
Gingerbread Latte Shake
1 scoop coffee protein powder
1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk
1 tsp. molasses
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4-6 ice cubes
Ginger cookies (optional)
Directions
Blend all ingredients for 30-60 seconds and top with crumbled ginger cookies.
