  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In small bowl, combine all seasonings.
  3. Slice bread into 1-inch cubes and place in large mixing bowl. Drizzle bread cubes with avocado oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle on seasonings and toss again to fully distribute.
  4. On parchment-lined baking sheet, lay out bread cubes evenly and bake 24 minutes, tossing every 6 minutes or so.
  5. Once golden brown, remove from oven to cool completely.
  6. Transfer to airtight container and use for salads, soups and stuffing.
