Ditch the mixing bowl and go straight for your Mason jar—or better yet, reach for an empty glass condiment jar you can upcycle. You can prepare this delicious dressing recipe in a pint-size jar for the week—or, make a larger batch in a quart-sized jar to bring to potlucks and picnics. The combined tastes of tarragon vinegar, garlic and flavorful dried herbs make this dressing great for any kind of salad or veggie marinade. It’s simple—all it takes is a shake!
1/3 cup avocado oil or olive oil
2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar or flavored vinegar of choice
1-2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. Simply Organic Ground Mustard Seed
1-2 Tbsp. Simply Organic Herbes de Provence
1/4 tsp. Simply Organic Dill Weed
1. In pint-size canning jar, combine all ingredients.
2. Replace cap, secure tightly and shake well.
3. Pour over your favorite salad greens and veggies. Store remaining dressing in refrigerator.
