Looking for new ways to use radishes? How about this keto-friendly, plant-based “faux-tato” recipe? Keto dieters tend to avoid starchy vegetables, like potatoes. This radish recipe, which is prepared similarly to sautéed potatoes (think home fries), can fill the void!
Sautéed radishes offer a mild pepper flavor that pairs well with the fresh hints of lemon juice, Italian herbs and red onion. It’s a quick and easy side dish that’s ready in 15 minutes.
