- 2-½ cups rolled oats
- 1 container (17.5 oz. ) coconut water with lime
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 large Key lime or regular lime juice and zest
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. salt
