Instructions

  1. Line 9x13-inch sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In blender, combine yogurt, maple syrup, blueberries and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
  3. On sheet pan, spread mixture into even layer and sprinkle on granola. Freeze at least 3 hours or until firm.
  4. Cut into 2-inch squares and serve immediately, or freeze in airtight container for up to 5 days.

Note: To fit in freezer while setting, split mixture between two smaller pans.
