Instructions

  1. In medium saucepan, bring water and sugar to simmer. When sugar dissolves completely, stir in dried lavender, lemon zest, lemon juice and collagen powder. Continue simmering 10 minutes.
  2. Let cool to room temperature. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  3. Strain custard. Transfer to ice cream machine; churn until consistency resembles soft serve ice cream.
